All U14, U16, and U18 players need to have this done and emailed to
info@massmustangshockey.com by August 13th if it has not already been done.
All full season players by August 20th.
If you have sent it to Mas Mustangs or Classics Hockey already, THANK YOU and you do not need to re-send.
